...und hübsch! Wirkt frisch renoviert! Die Lobby ist schon sehr ansprechend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber und es gibt sogar zwei Sorten an Polstern zur Auswahl! Soft and Firm! Der Strassenlärm ist auch kaum merklich! Das WiFi funktioniert super!||Wenn wir wieder hier vorbeikommen sollten, würden wir wieder hier übernachten!

Sehr gute Unterkunft für wenig Geld. Es gab einem Swimmingpool und ein Fitnessbereich in Motel Ausstattung. Die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war im gewohnten Motelstil. Es gibt wenig was ich für diesen Preis auszusetzen hätte.
Der Interstate ist hörbar, jedoch wird der Geräuchpegel durch Ohrenstöpsel und tiefen Schlaf zu einem geringeren Problem. Zum Frühstück lässt sich sagen, dass dieses auch im amerikanischen Niveau zur Verfügung stand (es gibt ausschließlich ungesunde Verpflegung). Trotzdem würde ich in diesem Hotel jederzeit wieder einchecken!

The room is big but seems outdated. Nothing that we used was broken but there was some smell. The breakfast was free but not much choice available as we were already expecting. The staff was polite and friendly. There is plenty of parking all around the hotel. Depending on the room you can hear some noise from a nearby highway. The water in the pool was colder when compared to other hotels in the city.

Okay, ladies and gentlemen, here is the real deal. This is not a newly built hotel, and as everyone knows, smoking used to be de rigueur. It is almost impossible to get smoke smell out of rooms. There was a bit lingering, but not so bad as to be off-putting. My ADA room was fantastic! The bed was huge and the mattress was firm, just the way I like it. There was a mini-fridge and a TV. But the crowning glory was the bathroom, huge, with roll-in shower. Even had a hair dryer. The hidden closet (behind a full-length mirror) had ample hanging space and an ironing board and iron. The only thing that was concerning, and the reason I had to give only 4 stars is the gap at the bottom of the door. As my husband is a locksmith, security is always on my mind, and I have seen how rooms can be easily accessed by devices that go through a door gap like that. Fortunately, I came equipped with my own security device that will foil attempted break-ins. So, if a barrier at the door bottom was installed, I'd give this place 5 stars.

The evening staff(lady with long dark hair) was fantastic. Morning staff( lady with short gray hair )was terrible! I calmly expressly my concern and she blew me off completely. Just saying that was the way it was. She could have just said I will let my manager know instead of spending 10 minutes telling me it just was the way it was. A little customer service goes a long way. Also the pool was broken, me and my children got in the pool only to stir up a ton of dirt and debris. When we got out of the pool we were covered in a gross sticky oily film.
The front desk lady was do short and dismissive I asked 2 housekeepers if there was any type of manager available even a Housekeeping manager, I was told no the lady at the front desk was the only one I could talk to.

Housekeeping will wake you at 8 am by slamming door every 45 seconds.

If you enjoy gross pools, terrible customer service, and being woke up to slamming doors, and absolutely no management this is the place for you.

My friend and I stayed there for the past three nights and we were planning on extending our stay today until I was humiliated and mortified by the employee working the front desk with the "mean girl" attitude. She made rude and disrespectful comments about me to another employee loudly with the sole purpose of me hearing them. I can't believe a woman her age had no problem bullying a customer at her place of employment. To make matters worse, as we were packing the car to leave, she had the audacity to come outside, stand about 3 feet away and glare at us without taking her eyes off us for a second, making sure we knew we were not welcome there and apparently we disgust her. It was blatant prejudice and I'm completely
appalled at the treatment we received. We will never stay there again and we have made our friends and family aware so they will never endure the mistreatment we have. It was unacceptable, disgraceful far beyond unprofessional.

Great customer service. We accidentally double booked our reservation and they went above and beyond to assist with the refund for one reservation. The front desk lady Marcy accommodated my parents very well. Thank you guys for the assistance. Will be back if I ever visit Buffalo again.
