The place is beautiful. Pat and Bob are wonderful hosts. My wife and I stayed there for a couple of nights with two other couples who are close friends. They have an inground pool that is available during the summer and plenty of surrounding property to take a little stroll in the morning or evening. The rooms are spacious and the queen size bed is comfortable. Breakfast is included and Pat does a wonderful job of baking and cooking. Fresh fruit, eggs, omelets, oatmeal, French Toast, pancakes and plenty of coffee were available along with scones and muffins. There is a common room on the second floor which we could use to just hang out, read quietly or to play some games. I would definitely recommend this place as a quiet getaway, that is also within minutes of Buffalo or the enjoyable Village of East Aurora.

We've stayed here for three years in a row and are about to book the 4th year. This is the cream of the crop when it comes to B&B's. Pat & Bob are such a delight and the most gracious hosts. The beautiful home is gorgeous, extremely clean and well kept as well as so warm and inviting, Pat cooks a fantastic breakfast and the amenities couldn't be any better. Enjoying the in-ground pool outside is wonderful and the quiet relaxing stay is worth every penny. It's location is secluded enough for much privacy yet a short drive to the wonderful town of East Aurora. Can't wait to see Pat and Bob again this year.

Delightful accommodations. After a full day experiencing East Aurora music festival, a short drive to this establishment was perfect. Our hosts were very charming and inviting. The made to order breakfast was superb, tailored to each individual. Would definitely recommend this B&B.

I stayed at Whispering Woods with a wedding party as a bridesmaid. The owners were incredibly accommodating and too kind for words. Being from the Buffalo area, it felt like we were 5 hours away from home rather than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend a stay at this B&B.

What a wonderful bed and breakfast! Pat and Bob are gracious hosts, the house is beautiful, and the breakfasts are delicious. I think we'll choose their B&B again over any hotel in the area.

Remote location but only 6 miles from town. Large, modern country estate with gorgeous interior, pleasantly designed. Room was big and soundproof. Hosts are cordial and breakfast was tasty and filling. Plan to return again.

I enjoyed my stay here at whispering woods the place was elagent an comfortable..the owners Pat an Bob were kind an helpful with any need we had...I would recommend everyone to stay here to enjoy the same experience I did..
