Typisches Motel dieser Klasse, alles gepflegt, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr günstiger Preis. Direkt daneben findet sich das Logue's, wo man recht gut und preiswert essen kann. Im Motel gibt es kein Frühstück, aber morgens Kaffee without charge.

Terrible experience right off the bat. Booked on booking.com and the room shows confirmed. I drove 4 hours to the motel and was told that my card was declined and the manager gave my room away. I asked why he would do that without calling for another card or sending any notifications through booking.com. It still says confirmed on my booking.com account and a lower price. She was nice but said that he just doesn’t. I was then given a room that was not what I wanted and more expensive. I go to that room and open it and there is a half naked man on the bed. I was given a room that was not available and already had people staying in it. Went back to the front desk and was given another room, but she had to check that there were no people in it first. Get to the room and the sheets are stained, there are holes in the comforter, and feces on the wall in the bathroom. I have worked in customer service my whole life and never would dream of given someone an experience like this. I have always used motel 6 and always had a great experience, but this is not acceptable and has changed my mind in the company. The woman at the front desk was just doing her best, but what manager runs a company like this and who would employ a manager like that?

We recently stayed at Motel 6 on Huckleberry Heights Rd. in Hannibal, MO, due to a family medical emergency. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious, providing a comfortable environment during our stay. The staff was attentive to our needs and responded promptly to requests for assistance and extra towels. However, the vending machine was malfunctioning, and we were informed that it is not owned by the motel, so refunds for undispensed products were not available. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would choose to stay here again if we find ourselves in Hannibal in the future.

Water pressure in the shower is horrible. Room was ok itself. Had problems with my air unit, and my refrigerator was leaking water. On top of it all, I paid eighty something dollars a night through booking at that. Definitely overpriced for the lack what it wasn't.

I only had one issue with the room. The motel says it is pet friendly, but upon entering, there were ALOT of exposed and dangling cords. We have a 3 month old puppy who we are still training, so dangling active wires are a temptation for her. We had to unplug, hide, and block 4 different cords in the room to ensure she would be safe and no damage would be done. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable, just not what I would call pet safe. They should invest in cord covers/boxes for the rooms dedicated for pets. It will save them the damage and heartbreak of the owners.

Really, the only thing good was the highway proximity. Worst of all was the staff - we'd booked through Priceline before arriving but it hadn't gone through before our arrival. Until it did about 15 minutes after our arrival, we were honestly treated like we were scamming for a room. She took my phone from me to stare at my confirmation for almost a minute before returning it and it wasn't until I called Priceline that SHE called them to confirm.

We were given a room with an adjoining door with loud neighbors. I asked for and got another room; it was located at the very end of the hallway, but got assurances that there was no one in the rooms next door or above. A half hour later, we had people above us stomping on the floor.

This was my second time here - I'm never coming back.

Hotel was clean and fairly priced. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only thing that made us sad was the pool was closed but it’s for safety reason and for that I can’t complain.
10/10 would recommend
