Hampton Inn are my favourite places to stay. I was pleased to find this one, close to Sunnybrook Holland Centre as I needed to be at the hospital for 6am and I live at least 2h away, depending on Toronto traffic.

There's underground secure parking for an additional fee but it has in and out privileges which means my husband can drop me off at the hospital in the morning and then come back for the always-delicious free breakfast. He can hang out for a little longer, watching TV, until I'm out of surgery.

The room is great. We got the 2 queen beds. I really liked the layout and it has a full walk-in shower with full-sized toiletries.

The staff at the front desk were both helpful and pleasant.

The only thing I had trouble with were the stairs into the lobby from the driveway (there is a ramp but it's a long way from the entrance. And there were about 4 stairs down from the lobby to the elevator.

Honestly a wonderful hotel stay! The staff were wonderful, and very helpful. The rooms were spacious, well laid out, and very clean! Nice views overlooking downtown Toronto, comfy, clean beds and within walking distance of a ton of things to do! The secure, underground parking is a great addition as well. Will stay here again!

It's a hidden gem. The hotel is really nice. It has perfect location, convenient parking (paid ~$50/night though). There is 24/7 coffee, tea in the dining area next to the lobby. We had a room on the 6 floor, new and clean (room itself and the bathroom), the view from the room was also nice. Beds were comfortable, there was a choice of pillows. There was refrigerator and microwave in the room. Hotel provided very nice breakfast! Staff on the reception was nice except for one girl. When we tried to check in, she said we have to provide credit card, we told her that we have debit card or cash ( to leave as a deposit). Her reply was - then you can change the hotel, there is plenty nearby. (BTW, the room was prepaid online already). Other than that girl everything was great!

This used to be a Ramada and has changed to Hampton Inn. Overall, it's clean and very convenient location wise, which is awesome. The front desk staff were nice and allowed us to check in early as our room was ready. The beds are super comfortable, and the room we stayed in was spacious and a good layout.
Let's talk about the free breakfast. It was great, with lots of choices, including waffles, eggs, bagles, cereal, potatoes, bacon, sausage, and drinks. The staff working the breakfast were really nice, helpful, and kept it spotless. You really can't ask for more. There are a few reasons I am not giving this a 5 rating. To get to the elevator, you have to walk downstairs. There's a lift, but a ramp would be much easier. With all of the renovations, they really should have put new flooring down instead of putting carpet down as they creak pretty bad (2nd floor)
Would recommend this hotel as a great option for downtown Toronto

A very nice Hampton. Slightly outside core downtown, but easy subway and Uber access. Breakfast was very good; a step up from many Hamptons. Large, comfy room and bath. Front desk has no cash, so bring loonies and twoonies for tips.||Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Nearby restaurant choices somewhat limited to smaller places, but Dundas Square and Maple Leaf Gardens options an easy walk.

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was nothing short of fantastic. When I needed a place to stay, the staff here are very hospitable and understanding. Val is the person at the desk who checked us in and she went above and beyond for me during my stay. All the staff here provide great service but Val took an extra step so I am very grateful for her service.

The rooms are nice and well kept and the lobby is comfortable and bright, perfect for getting work done or a phone call. The breakfast was amazing as well. Overall our stay we very pleasant.

Great hotel, lovely staff and perfect breakfast|We arrived by car and used the underground onsite car park. The check in staff were very friendly and the room was spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable for our 3 night stay. The location is good, a bit further out of town than some other similar priced hotels but is only a 10 min walk to the nearest Metro station (College). ||The free breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day. This hotel chain seems to keep the breakfast choice simple but in doing so it was always fresh, warm and something to suit everyone!

Had to be in Toronto for a work event hosted by an outside organization that clearly hadn't factored in the Taylor Swift tour, so I was priced out of my usual hotel options.

I didn't have high expectations of the Hampton Inn, but I was dead wrong. Clean, modern lobby and rooms, generous breakfast buffet included, flexible check-out time. Location not very touristy but perfectly safe, and handy to the shopping at Maple Leaf Gardens. And the driveway makes taxi pick-up and drop-off easy.
