Der Check In war freundlich und schnell, unser Zimmer im zweiten Stock war dann in Ordnung. Typisches Zimmer im Hotel, leider nicht extrem sauber, das Bad hat etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Es gab gratis Wlan, leider hat dies zu 80% der Zeit nicht funktioniert oder was extrem langsam. Schade!||Die Lage war dafür prima, wenn man einfach die Straße, an der das Hotel liegt, weiter gerade aus fährt kommt man zur Altstadt von Pasadena, die es zu besichtigen lohnt.||Das Frühstück war überraschend lecker! Für eine Nacht OK, eine längere Zeit würden wir hier aber nicht verbringen wollen.

Positive: The staff is really friendly. They were dealing with all of us wildfire evacuees, most of us having lost our houses, and were friendly, polite, and professional. Negative: The hotel overall is kind of grungy. The continental breakfast only happens on weekends, apparently.

Not as clean and neat as in the photos. Sticky floor, leaking fridge, smelly microwave, food smudges on closet mirror door. Bathroom mirror still had splashes, hair in the sink, dirty bathtub and curtains. Walls, floors, decor, bed, A mess! After covid-19 good sanitary conditions are essential!!! Very disappointing. Front Service personnel requested cleaning personnel to sweep floors and clean bathroom mirror. Cleaning personnel voiced being overwhelmed- too many rooms and not enough staff. Minimal effort in cleaning. Thankfully only one night stay. Would not recommend.

After checking in, we boarded the elevator and got hit by the door, as it closed too quickly. The hotel has about 100 rooms, but only one ice machine, which was not working. The free breakfast is very thin on the weekends, but reduced to box for two guests during the week. As there were four of us, we received two boxes, the contents of which are shown in the photographs.
The staff was not helpful - their standard answer was, "I just work here. "
The quality control was sorely lacking. In the photo, the bathroom looks good, but behind the door, some woman's fake eyelashes were stuck on the wall.

I was delighted by my stay at this Ramada property. The value is incredible. The room was sizable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Parking is free. The property can improve in some areas, notably by replacing pool chairs, reimplementing daily housekeeping, and offering a daily continental breakfast in lieu of a grab-and-go option. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The first room was not cleaned. The 2nd room have a old mattress. We feel all the springs in it and uncomfortable. Unable to use the remote to watch TV. Bath was dirty. Bad smell. No breakfast even if it?s advertised. Lot of crackheads and weird people

There's have been an issue every single time. But this stay was the worst by far., ROACHES IN ROOM, No working fridge, Microwave., dirty smelly elevator, Overflowing trash cans. ++..
