Für Flugplatznähe zwar fairer Preis, aber hier gilt der Grundsatz: You get, what you pay for it.

Sehr schmutzig. Mitarbeiter desinteressiert und unfreundlich. Frühstück völlig unzureichend.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Even if this is your cheapest/ an only option, avoid it by all means.
Upon entering our room, it REAKED of cigarettes. It was so strong it made me extremely nauseous to the point I immediately had to lay down. We were right next to a doorway that lead outside to a smoke area so I’m not sure if that was why the smell was so strong, but it was extremely disgusting and unbearable. Fridge/ freezer had food build up in the bottom which was extremely gross. Toilet did not work, when we informed front desk they told us to use the plunger & we did not have one. They made it a big deal to send one back to our room… Bathroom had broken wood hanging off the mirrors, makeup stains all over the walls and multiple holes in the walls. A lot of indication the rooms aren’t thoroughly cleaned. During our 2nd to last night I walked down to speedway to get a snack, when I got back I got in the shower. When I got out of the shower I took a bite of my donut to see a massive cockroach sitting right on top of it. Immediately I felt violated and did not enjoy the rest of our stay one bit, we also felt as we couldn’t even bring food into our room due to the roaches. In fact after the cock roach encounter we did not sleep until we checked out of our room. If you inform anyone at the desk about the cockroach problem they will tell you it’s “nothing new” and there’s “nothing they can do.” We did ask for a room change and were denied. (Not sure if it’s because it was our last day of our stay or not). During the middle of the night (during different nights) they tried to charge my debit card multiple times and I was never given an explanation as to why there were additional attempted charges. I did pay the $100 cash deposit at check in which would not make sense as to why they tried to charge me an additional $100 + $40. Also if you need extended checkout times they don’t make accommodations for that. We were told we could wait in the lobby for transportation after checkout and then told to leave because transportation was taking too long, leaving us stuck outside the hotel with many bags in 10 degree weather. I don’t believe this hotel cares about the safety/ hygiene or wellness of people they have staying, they just want the money. Save yourself the time and stress and spend the extra money on a different place.
I did call the Milwaukee health department along with the BBB regarding this location. Avoid it at all costs if possible.

Worst experience ever! Roaches, backed up shower drains, and towel service every two days.

When I called and asked for clean towels on Sunday at 5 PM after being told by the housekeeper I could get towels on Monday, the front desk informed me towel service is every other day. BUT YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE A $100 DEPOSIT!!!!

I will be letting EXPEDIA know of the horror this place is so other potential guests can make an informed decision.

I will also be letting CHOICE corporate know as well. Maybe instead of ECONOLODGE, you can rename it Sleezy Stay.

Room looks like a trap house with the broken lamp shades and scratched and dented furniture. Fridge doesn’t even keep food cold and ice machine near room doesn’t work.

Stay away! Do not stay here!!!

Very nice location close to all shops minute away even using the bus close to Drexel square, mosque, churches, local restaurants and gas stations speedway, 711 walking distance. Very comfy rooms. Cozy on price. Family owned they have Uncle bleach who regularly check for housekeeping and sanity of the rooms. Close to shopping burlington is cross the street. They offer fresh donuts 🍩 daily and coffee they also have an Ice machine great to make cold coffee ☕ and ice your drinks one of the things I really enjoyed. Rooms have microwave, fridge. And nice showers. They check regularly if you need toilet papers, soup, or any other things such as towels overall it's very nice hotel cozy and I highly recommend it for a long stay.

I would give the room zero stars if it was an option. Our air bnb fell through last minute which left my family searching for a place to sleep at 12:30 AM after we attended a concert in town. We only needed a place to crash, as we had to be on the road early the next morning. The room was gross enough that we only touched what we absolutely had to. The bed looked like it had been made with fresh sheets but the carpet and bathroom had definitely not been cleaned- maybe ever. 😂 We hightailed it out of there the next morning. Also, I had to call to ask about a charge on our account after our stay and the front desk clerk I spoke with was pretty rude.

If you have any regard for your safety and hygiene, do not stay at this location. We checked in after a six hour drive to find that the room was absolutely filthy. The only thing that appeared clean was the sheets. There was human snot on the bedframe, thick dust on every surface, the carpets looked like they had never been cleaned. There was hair in the shower, on the bed and on the phone. There was garbage on the floor under the bed. We checked for bedbugs and found a large red stain on the underside of one of the mattresses. We tried a second room but it was no better, so we checked out an hour after arriving.

Overall, the night stay served it's purpose by providing a safe place with a comfortable bed. The issues that came up were that the room had a faint smell of weed, the night desk worker questioned why we needed two extra towels when we asked and then went to the back and came out with one. He said there was only ONE towel left. The last issue was that the room that our room shared a wall with was so thin that we could hear guys talking all night from 11 pm into the morning at 10am. I'm not joking that we could hear them going on and on and on then it'd be quiet for about ten minutes. I thought they went to bed, but then they'd start back up again.
