Ein typisches Business hotel.direkt am Highway . Fürn Business Aufenthalt eines der Besseren - für Urlaub eher wenig geeignet. Es gibt nichts Drumherum

Very good hotel which also has a great bar and restaurant in the hotel. The dinner salad was excellent and the American breakfast was also delicious.
Rooms were good and clean.
Service from the staff was the best I have seen in years with the exception of extremely high end hotels and I travel all the time.
Value was very good and you will not be disappointed

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I’m in Milwaukee monthly and this is without a doubt my go to hotel. Great hotel staff, clean rooms, awesome restaurant and the pantry for 5th floor guests is amazing. The hotel really makes you feel valued as a guest and sets themselves apart from most other hotels. Highly recommend.

Good sized rooms, all the normal stuff... carpet was meh.
Ask for the sheriff when you visit the bar.
Steak or salmon or bone in wings, the boneless are nuggets with sauce.
Great gym with kettlebells, dumbbells and plenty of space. But it's hot, no AC down there...

We booked a king room and the front desk, chose to pick our hotel room and not tell us. As we go to our hotel room, it’s two queen bed. We go back to ask why we didn’t get our king room and he tells us that Expedia picked our room type and he just chosen a room number for us. He tells us to contact Expedia and Expedia said that on their end we did book a king room. Expedia contacts him and he says, he doesn’t have the authority to see what hotel room type we got. He told us that we will have to wait for 15 minutes for someone higher than him to come check it out. It’s been over an hour and no one showed up and he is still at the front desk! Horrible customer service and wouldn’t even give us a king room!

I can't rave enough about the service here. My husband & I renewed our vows & have stayed/dined here on several other occasions. Lisa & Brody, in particular, are amazing to work with and really go above & beyond.

used them for our wedding block. darcy was amazing!! always quick at communicating and it was so easy to setup the room block. rooms were great for the price!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was quite dusty upon arrival, so I used my disinfectant wipes and Disinfectant spray to rid the room of that. The tea/coffee maker ruined my stay. I drank the complimentary chamomile tea so I wouldn't get sick but wound up losing my voice. The more tea I made the worse my condition became. I stopped at the front desk and the representative (petite woman, dark shoulder length hair wearing red lipstick) was pretending to write something down but never did, didn't ask my room number, or name and stated that the tea/coffee maker is a housekeeping issue. Thankful for the housekeepers for always leaving me extra tea because I told them I didn't drink coffee, that's the only reason for so many stars.
