Breakfast options are great and rooms are large, spacious and clean. Check in was easy and liked the coffee/tea being offered all day long. Staff were very attentive and felt safe, secure and taken care of while we visited over Christmas break. Only downside when we visited was the hot tub was cold, equal to the temperature of the pool.

We were up to Beaver Dam for my grandson's hockey tournament and decided to stay at the Americinn. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and the rooms were very, very clean. The beds were super comfortable and my grandson wanted to take the bed home because he loved it so much. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel - the King room was comfy and had enough space for my things for the week I stayed. I worked comfortably using the desk. My room had built in bottles of Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner which was convenient and nice products. The breakfast was a nice touch and always had some hot offering (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, French toast, depending on the day) - that kept me fed which helped cut costs for the week I was there. I felt this was in a safe area of Beaver Dam and was not worried for my safety one bit during my stay. Free and available parking and close to the highway.

The staff was helpful when I needed to extend my stay, and made the process easy on me. One interesting thing is that housekeeping did not come one time I was there, which is different than most hotels I have stayed at. However, the front desk was able to give me what I needed and they probably would have sent housekeeping to my room if I had asked.

I did not use them, but they had a pool and fitness room as well.

The hotel,staff and amenities were great. Our stay was tainted a bit by rowdy guests that were staying at the hotel at the same time as us but the staff was apologetic and kind to us despite how rude the other guests were to them, by not respecting rules or supervising their many wild children. If i could suggest anything to the staff it would be to not be afraid to make guests who are behaving badly feel embarrassed for their behavior.

Pool was nice, hot tub was wonderful, staff amazing, room so clean and everything in good condition. Breakfast as good as they get. Loved it! So much better than most of the Wyndham hotels that I’ve experienced.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.I've stayed in many different hotels/motels during travels and AmericInn's have always been the cleanest. This one keeps that standard. My son loved the pool with a slide and I appreciated the hot tub. The breakfast selection was great. We selected this hotel to visit Waldovels Farm and we had a great time here and there!

We have stayed at the BD AmericInn several times when in the BD area throughout the years & have always been extremely satisfied. Sadly, we won't be returning. Your hotel has taken an undesirable turn for the worse. AC/heating unit made so much noise we had to turn it off completely, there was an outside smoking section almost directly outside of our window (instead of moving it down in front of the pool side where there are no hotel rooms) people would congregate to party, which I have no problem with having fun, but have a little respect for the people trying to get some rest late at night. The morning breakfast attendant, Ella kept tables wiped clean and food restocked and also was very kind, but our other two mornings there was a different attendant & couldn't find a clean table to dine at & food items not available. We were also surprised to see the sheets were so thin and worn out, which we never expected at a Wyndham hotel. Sorry to leave a review about the decline of your hotel, I know you can do better. Upon checking out a very nice lady, a believe her name is Sue, took the time to visit a bit with me recognizing me from previous stays throughout the years & was a highlight of our stay. Please don't allow your hotel to diminish in what once was quality service as it once was.

I was disappointed 😞 by most people it would have been an upgrade, but I personally don't like brand new things, not soft and not comfortable at all. Asked for an extra pillow, and none were available but got an extra blanket instead. Would definitely drive to next town or even New London for better experience.
