Das Hotel liegt nördlich von Chicago im Örtchen Elk Grove Village, nahe Chicago's O'Hare Flughafen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es keine nennenswerten Geschäfte und Restaurants, man ist also auf ein Auto angewiesen.||Ich hatte eine Studio Suite, die sehr geräumig und auch gut ausgestattet war (Flachbildschirm, Kitchenette, Sofa, großes Bett etc.).||Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.||Das Frühstück ist -wie schon öfter in USA erlebt- leider nicht so toll und wenig abwechslungsreich.

Location is within Allstate Arena and Woodfield Mall. When we arrived the front desk staff was great and checked us in with early check in ($30). The door is a bit to push open as the carpet is too high for the door to open. We were in an accessible room so no tub but a walk in shower. The bed is too firm, not something we sleep in so I had a sore back. Breakfast is included and it’s a basic one as it was seasoned potatoes, sausage links, scrambled eggs, yogurt, toast and waffles. The fitness center states open 24 hours however the sign at the room says 6 am to 10 pm. The pool area was nice, it was 5 feet deep with walk in stairs and a separate hot tub but there was no jets working. It was HOT!! The pool was however not, it was COLD. Pro tip, make sure to bring your key card as you will need it to get into the pool area and make sure you have your own towels as the hotel didn’t have enough available. Overall we had a nice 1 night stay on Christmas Eve Eve.

Charles, the night manager at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, both before and after our trip. He even assisted us by lending a battery pack when the car wouldn't start; he has a friendly, down-to-earth demeanor and does a fantastic job representing your brand. Promote this guy! Luis, the shuttle driver was awesome as well. He was prompt, helpful with our bags, and offered some suggestions about the pick up process. The room was very comfortable and clean.

If you're parking here for a trip, book directly through them with their parking rate. It was cheaper than going through the park and fly option.

We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast offerings and were hoping for a little more variety and hot items. The lobby coffee was a nice touch. The exercise bike didn't work when I was there (would lose resistance immediately), but the other machines were fine. The one negative experience we had was that our keys stopped working before our 12 pm checkout time. As we were taking items to the car around 11:45, they suddenly stopped working. The front desk attendant said it happened because we were near checkout time, but it was a bit of a hassle to be locked out as we were trying to get our things and then have to make an extra trip down to get re-keyed.

I don't understand all the 5 star reviews. Our 2 bedroom suite that cost a good amount of money is a joke. We can hear everyone walking around with the paper thin ceiling and walls. You can hear people talking from lobby and outside very easily. One bed is on top of the hvac unit and you can step on the plug if not careful. The door to our room has a huge gap, door handles almost broken, and carpet is frayed in places. The best part was the workers cleaning the room next to us the morning we were leaving that woke us up. Will never be back.

Breakfast was way better than I expected. My wife didn’t believe me that the coffee was so good we didn’t need to go on a Starbucks run.
Esther kept the place spotless and got me extra peanut butter for my waffle!! She was super friendly!!
Room was clean. No weird smells.
The guy checking us in was incredibly nice and remembered my wife’s name from calling in a few hours earlier.
We asked for a very late checkout at 2pm and for just $40 we could extend our stay and do some work before catching a flight later.

Morning breakfast was amazing! Staff took care of everyone’s needs and questions quickly. From refilling food to fixing the coffee dispenser. All done with a friendly smile.

The only thing not very good was the lady in the reception area. During the checking she was very rude and She made us feel like she is racist and we were not welcomed to the hotel
