The staff are awesome, nice and very welcoming! An affordable price combined with a great area with many restaurants nearby. The multiple laundry rooms was a plus for minimal wait times on washing and drying. My room was clean and thankfully lacked any bad odor, so props to the cleaning staff. All in all I'm pleased and will happily visit again. Only gripe was I wish there was an outlet to charge my laptop and phone near the main desk/Tv area.

If I could give this Motel 6 zero stars, I would. My experience here was appalling from start to finish. The desk manager, Ana, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of accommodating my request for housekeeping, she argued with me. . I’ve stayed at plenty of budget hotels, and I’ve never encountered such hostility from staff.

Beyond the unacceptable treatment, the hotel itself is a disaster. There are rats scurrying around the parking lot, the hallways are filthy, and the rooms reek of urine and smoke. There were no basic amenities—no fridge, no microwave, not even a coffee maker. To top it off, the highway noise is relentless, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. There’s another Motel 6 just down the street, and it’s worth going there instead. This location is an embarrassment to the brand and should be avoided at all costs.

So very disappointed in Ana- the front desk manager is rude and unprofessional. Ana would benefit greatly from more training. She is only a small part of a larger issue- this hotel has zero amenities- no hot water/coffee or microwave in room. The only positive is the zero fee pet policy yet they let excrement linger all over the parking lot. Walls are so thin you can hear every step and toilet flush from neighbors. Do yourself a favor and head down the road less than a mile to the other Motel 6.

Good customer service, but above all for the price there is nothing to complain about. You get a decent size room, hot shower, TV desk and chair. Restaurants next door is a plus. Laundry for $2.75 to wash and the same price to dry including a folding table on the second floor.

I stay here quite a bit over past 3 years, usually best price for all area motel 6, except Prospect Heights, but avoid prospect heights if you can afford to... Glenview motel 6 is affordable, clean, and the rooms have recently been remodeled. The parking is plentiful, and the laundry facilities are also plentiful with many washers and dryers. The only two issues are there is no working ice machines at the moment, but you can get bags of ice from the front desk, and there are rats that run along the highway feeding off the garbage from the row of restaurants in the next parking lot to the north.
Alejandra, Fatima, Bruce, etc. are all friendly and helpful front desk employees.
Would recommend to travelers, and locals.

This is probably the best Motel 6 I've ever stayed at. Rooms are clean and the staff makes you feel like you're at home. Especially Fatima, she's always has a smile on her. Highly recommend!

Not the quietest, but great for the price and the staff is kind. Would have given 5 stars but they like to nickel and dime for a refrigerator for medicine, will be switching to another place because of this.

Now editing to 3 stars because I paid for my room and got a call in the middle of my stay that I didn’t pay even though I have the transaction on my bank balance. Fatima is amazing but her management makes her customer service suffer.

I stayed here for a night in room with two beds and really liked!! The room was clear and it wasn’t noisy!! Also the prices were very good!! I’ll recommend this place to stay. Women in reception were very friendly and cute!! Liked this place
