Staff is Friendly and personable. Jessie is usually ready to help, when not busy helping other guests. Front desk staff are professional and nice, very easy to talk to. Love being in walking distance of Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Denny's, two gas stations and other restaurants.

Michelle, Jay, & the young lady (I don't remember the young ladies name and feel terrible) are the absolute sweetest front desk staff I have dealt with traveling for work!. The housekeeping is always quiet and respectful. The whole place is Clean!. I feel safe on the property alone coming and going for work at night. The laundry room even all always works. I'm super impressed!.

We are staying here while waiting for residence in Ludington. It has been a delight to stay here. All our needs are met with great staff support, including maintenance and great housekeeping staff. When there was one issue we had with noise Michelle and her staff worked hard to resolve the issue. I feel safe in my surroundings and I appreciate 24 hour laundry access. There was one time a dryer did not work properly and I was reimbursed and the dryer repaired within 24 hours. If my check arrives in 2 days Michelle will work with you, she and her staff make me and my elderly mom feel appreciated as guests!!! THANK YOU MICHELLE AND YOUR GREAT STAFF!! ❤️❤️

I love it here it is so clean and comfortable and the staff is so helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. They allow pets too. It's also very quiet. It's right next to the highway exit. There's a great amount of TV channels also.

We've been staying here for over 5 months. Our first month was a little frustrated. We were at 3rd floor, the guest above us was making a lot of noises day, night and early morning and the noises from the freeway. We asked to get moved up to 4th floor. JESSIE one of the manager accommodated us right away. Managements and staffs are helpful and friendly.

The workers are rude!!! Has to wait an extra 30 minutes to get checked in, cause the workers was getting dressed to come down stairs! Very smart mouths. They were not helpful, mad cause they had to do their job, doing a late check in. Ran my card then got the nerve to tell me, took my money and then asked me to leave! If you don’t want to do your job, don’t work here!!! I will be calling corporate to report the unprofessionally that is within this facility. Never will i come here again!

We stayed at the extended stay in Wyoming Mi. we were there two day paid for the week had a reservation for the month this was the worst experience I have ever had and never been treated like this by any place I have ever paid to stay the management are the most unprofessional and disrespectful people that I have ever meet they should not be dealing with the public at all. They treat there housekeeping just as bad one was helping me I had asked if I needed to get linens from her are from the front desk she gave them to me the man from the front desk came up when she was handing them to me and started screaming at me in the middle of the hall telling me I was not to ask his housekeeper for nothing I was to come down to the desk I was trying to explain to him I asked if I needed to go down to the desk he just kept screaming at me I told him he wasn't going to speak to me that way the housekeeper was trying to tell him he told her to shut up he then stated saying do you want to check out now which was uncalled for. The situation kept getting worse as the day went on they were rude to us the rest of the day. We went all weekend without a light in our bathroom the girl at the desk said someone was going to bring one and change it that never happened the next day is when the man came up in the hall screaming at me over the linen he came in after that and change the light bulb leaving broken glass in the sink and a mess all over the counter. Later that night it just got wirse. The lady I assume was the manager was just as rude and the lady working the desk which was never in the office she was outside mostly walking her dog with another girl. They kick us out called the police on us we had not done nothing wring. They wouldn't not even let me use a cart to take our stuff out I about fell down the stairs getting it out. We were waiting in our ride she came out and saw us and went back in called the police on us again for trespassing we had to carry everything to the next parking lot could not get wifi to contact anyone. Had to go across the street fell in the middle of the main highway and was hurt very badly which I am sure they don't care. But if is the kind of people you have running your business I will suggest you rethink your decision because you are going to lose business and continue to get bad reviews I gave one star only because I couldn't post until I did but it don't deserve any. I also want the money of the days return to my credit card which I feel is owed to us for the way we were treated. As we were leaving the manager screamed at me saying if all the linens were not left in the room I would be charged for the first of all i would not want them and that was very unprofessional.
