I thank God for the experience at that Hotel. I met wonderful people as residents and visitors. The manger was very pleasant. The management was customer service friendly. They allowed my stay comfortable. The Housekeeping ladies were also very nice and friendly whenever l needed something for my room the ladies assisted with my needs.

They had to change our room twice because the sheets were filthy. Stains, Boot prints, blood stains etc. The cleaning crew needs to do better at this location making sure they wash and change the sheets after every guest checks out.
Also we had to wait almost 45 minutes for the front desk reception to return. This was not a good experience especially after flying in from a flight and feeling tired.

The guys at the front desk are remarkable individuals and seriously helpful professionals. I chose this hotel as an affordable option before I moved in to my new place which isn’t far. The accommodation was great. The room clean and serviced and nobody bothered me during the 2 weeks. Highly recommend thank you guys in the front desk

For the price and location you basically get what you get however the guy up front was very rude. Overall the room was somewhat clean but I had an issue with the comforter being soiled with what looked like blood. He brought up a set of sheets but told me he didn’t have a different comforter for me and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. The parking was ok but when it was time to leave I was blocked in and had to wait. Like I said for the price and location I wasn’t expecting 5 star service but at least make sure the rooms are clean

I am not linked or friend of this establishment. I made a reservation back in August, I flew from TX for my family reunion. While on flight (Spirit Airlines) has no internet services; apparently, the hotel sent a message that my reservation was cancelled. I spoke with the staff earlier on that day to confirm my reservation. Upon arrival at the lobby of Alden hotel, the staff didn't accept any type of cards, ONLY CASH!; and have to pay more than what the cost two months ago was. As I was calling the Priceline to explain this situation, I noticed more folks having the same luck.... CASH ONLY! No cards. There were many red flags. I decided not to stay. I noticed it then, there are funky business going on there. Beware of scams!

The worst hotel I ever stayed in, the room I stayed in wasn't clean...hair in the bathtub, blood stain on pillow, air condition wasn't blowing hot air, the only microwave available for the whole hotel was small that 7minute couldn't warm my food, Had to eat cold food because I didn't want to go back downstairs. No parking space. I would give this hotel negative rating If I could, I even had to pay $60 for early check-in on the same day. The receptionist was so uptight and it seemed I was forcing a conversation. THE WORST HOTEL IVE BEEN TO IN AND OUTSIDE OF THIS COUNTRY. I wish I could share photos and/or videos. People that gave this hotel good ratings are either staff, family or friends of staffs. I'll rather sleep in my car than come back here

Room 407 needed to be painted one color instead of patches of paint
Location is a little urban
No microwave
No smoking but smells like smoke in hall ways
Tv only have 5 channels

For the most part if I was in the area again I would return

Very courteous front desk. Room was clean and odor free. They call 10 min before your time is up and they aren't pushy. 3 hours/$60 plus a $40 deposit.
