I had a very pleasant stay here. I give it 5 starts due to the value I received for my money. Stayed here for 4 nights, didn’t have any problems. Staff was super nice, room was clean and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable, really nothing wrong with my stay. If anything the halls feel like they need to be remodeled soon. Breakfast was good and better than similar hotels, here you have the usual (pastries and bread to toast, 2 waffle makers, milk and cereal) plus eggs and sausages. Location was good and walking distance to some eateries. I would gladly stay here again.

I always enjoy my stay here. It's centrally located to restaurants, a bakery, 20 minutes from O'Hare Airport and a mile from the train station to get to the heart of the city quickly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff here are all very helpful and courteous. Mrs.Shin who cooks the breakfast in the morning is so nice, so professional and she goes out of her way to smile or greet everyone who comes in for coffee or breakfast and that is a great start to the day.

The lighting in the room was not very good. Maybe another lamp. The water smelled a little weird in the sink right when you turn it on. Then the smell goes away. The carpet needs to be replaced. Breakfast was good the beds were very comfortable and no signs of bed bugs. I always look before touching anything in the room. The staff was very nice and when I complained about my very obnoxious noisy neighbors they took care of it immediately. I would stay here again it was well priced and I really only slept and showered there. Not to bad of a place just needs some updates that's all.

Nice hotel overall, friendly staff, and very reasonable rates. A little dirty but that's to be expected at this price. The bed was really comfortable, nice firm mattress which I like. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise. My only complaint is that there is no USB charging port anywhere in the building, not in the rooms or in the lobby, so make sure you bring an AC adapter if you want to charge your phone.

Way to make changes! I stayed here a few months ago while the elevator was broken and it was horrible. The carpets were dirty in the hotel and the rooms. The front desk person was nowhere to be found at times. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Fast forward to giving them a second chance and as of today I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I stayed 5 nights and could immediately tell upon stepping in they were renovating, under new management, or ownership, or something. Everything was clean, elevator is working, carpets must’ve finally been professionally cleaned, and the best part was the front desk. Had 3 different guys at the front desk and each one of them was just as friendly and helping as the other, and always seemed to be there, or nearby working on something and attended to me right away. Glad I gave them a 2nd chance, there were so many times I wanted to stay here for the location but avoided it due to my previous experience. Will be making this my hotel of choice due to the renovations, price, and the outstanding service.

2박 3일을 머물렀는데 호텔 가격이 미국물가에 비해 그렇게 비싸지고 않고 객실도 생각보다 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 호텔 조식도 맛있게 먹었습니다.
