Has roaches, I tried to take a shower but the bathroom odor was so horrible there was dry urine on toilet. It smelled like animals sleep on the carpets. I thought it was cute when I pulled up. Once I closed the door to the room the roaches came out. After I laid the towel down on the floor to avoid getting it all wet the towel was black from how dirty the floor is. I had to leave. The people staying there were all men and they sat at the windows and stare at you when you go to your car like a scary movie. If they ripped up that stinky carpet got rid of the bugs and cleaned up the bathrooms it would be 100 times better.

The B Cozy Motel should be used for modern day Hitchcock movies; it’s comparable to the Bates Motel, no exaggeration. Bernie the owner is a good replacement for Uncle Norman. The business office Catholic shrine is absolute lunacy and an insult to intellectual and organized Catholics. I wouldn’t call it a motel at all, but a track of shacks. The only people who could stay there, even for 5 minutes, are those who are accustomed to living in sub human standards. It’s even below 3rd world standards. The place should be demolished. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Anyone rating 2 or more stars is a fake review. Now there is a pro, a couple of lights down from this B Cozy Motel on Niagara Falls Blvd. is a Super Walmart, Taco Bell & KFC.

The place itself is decent though the wifi barely
works, but it's run by a bunch of violent sociopaths including the woman in the office. They will attempt 2 steal from Tennants, and if they don't want u 2 continue your stay they will attempt theft of your property and physical assault, and they own the local police. So be careful.

I was upset by my care not being me. I am going to be getting help i need.

Benard is awesome. He is the only hotel owner who has accepted me and is the only person who aloud me to live in a hotel for longer than 1 week. Its been 3 months. I chose to starve and not drink and i chose to be homeless not safe because i can get hit by a car. All i want is have help. Everyone can choose to deny help, but i truly want help but every agency denied me help.

The owners were truly amazing people.they made sure we were comfortable there. Plus we were with
in walking distance from from the stores.i would for sure go back.

Rooms was dirty and disgusting and the staff was weird made me feel uncomfortable and un welcomed

It's a great place and a good location. Walkable too many locations you might need, 7-Eleven gas station pizza places that's also walkable
