We were in town for a family event and travelled with our cattle dog. The front desk made sure we had a ground level room and even had beg-gin strip snacks for the pup. We loved the fresh ground coffee machine in their market store (free) and the housekeeping and front desk staff was wonderful and quick to provide us with extra towels and a hairdryer (ours was missing from the room). We will definitely stay here again.

Great location right off highway. Room was clean and updated - great value and friendly staff. Requested room on north side of hotel and they were very accommodating. We’ve stayed here several times and always a great experience.

This was a decent stay, we had a queen suite which was stocked with all the necessities. The staff were nice and helpful, we had no issues there. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, but regardless it was a quality and safe stay. I would recommend.

Very impressed on the cleanliness of the room. One of my biggest concerns with hotels is mold in the bathrooms and ac units. This hotel is very clean and mold free. Rooms are very spacious and the gym is nice. I also like that you can move the TV around and that the internet is quick if your into gaming

Frustrated

I tried to go back and add this to my previous text and couldn’t get to it. When I found the roach I called the hotel a gentleman answered the phone. (Total opposite customer service skills of the perfect young woman who checked us in.) He said there’s never been roaches here. I’m going up and checking. My intent in calling and reporting was I thought the establishment would want to know I not only saw a roach crawling by the sink but a roach was in my bag. I felt unheard and somewhat ridiculed.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I saved money by making my own meals in my suite. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and I loved having a recliner!

The staff was incredible. They were accomodating, letting us check-in early and were warm and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious and the overall facilities were the same. We had our dog with us and the extra room and outdoor area for pets was great. We would definitely stay again!
