This hotel is absolutely filthy. The carpets are so stained they left my socks dirty when walking on it. The bathtub didn’t drain so you’re left standing in inches of water, and the shower literally only had cold water. It smells like feet and pepperoni in the room. The bedding is stained and there are roaches in the room. The remote is missing the back so the batteries fall out. We had to go to Walmart and buy a blanket to throw over the top of the bedding to sleep on top of because it’s so disgusting. I’m so paranoid about bed bugs I didn’t bring my luggage in, and threw out the clothes I slept in. Absolutely disgusting.

I am making a public service announcement DO NOT STAY HERE. There are other places that are cleaner with similar rates in the area. I booked this place for a month and only made it one day because the cockroaches took over my suitcases. It is extremely dirty here.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my stay, which has been far from satisfactory due to several issues that have greatly affected my comfort.

Firstly, there is a distinctive and unpleasant smell in my room, making it difficult to relax. This odor has been quite bothersome and has impacted my overall experience.

Additionally, I encountered a creep crawler in the room. As someone who suffers from entomophobia, this incident has caused me significant distress and anxiety. I was unable to sleep due to this encounter, which has further compounded my discomfort during my stay.

When I attempted to call the front desk for assistance, I discovered that the line was closed, leaving me without support at a time when I desperately needed it. This lack of availability is concerning, especially in a hospitality setting where guest comfort should be a priority.

I believe I have paid for a service that has not been maintained to an acceptable standard. The combination of the unpleasant smell and the presence of an insect has made my stay uncomfortable and stressful.

I kindly request that these issues be addressed promptly. I would appreciate an inspection of my room for pest control and a resolution to the odor problem. Additionally, I would like to discuss possible compensation for the discomfort I have experienced.

Nikki and Miranda are my best friends here. They listen to me in time of distress, when I feel depressed they give me hope. Room cleaning is awesome. When you need a comfortable heart or hug they are beautiful ladies. Through our continued stay they give me strength to keep going, smiles, kindness, understand me. Cleaning superb. Room was filthy and piles of dirt on the floor. All the clerk could say was you can live with it or get a refund. I have no other rooms and all the staff has gone home. I see many negative reviews and the same response from the owner. Thanks for your input and we will work to improve. Since this is the same response for months and months I say the owner does not care and nothing has been done to improve. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again. I recommend everyone to find a better place.

Stayed in room 119. The room was infested with roaches. Probably killed like 50 of them in the 7 days I was there. The room smelled like cigarett smoke. The matress was hard and the pillows were tiny. The toilet clogged twice. I couldn't take it so I left and went to a different hotel. I was supposed to stay here for 12 days because I was down there for the Florida state fair, but i hated the experience so much I left early.
