Direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße gegenüber dem Flughafen. Für Durchreise und Geschäftsreise die die Nähe zum Flughafen benötigen sicherlich ideal. Für Familien die Urlaub machen wollen und das in einer Strandregion wohl eher nichts. Wurde leider von unserem Reiseveranstalter so gebucht. Haben wir zu spät gesehen. Zustand der Zimmer ordentlich. Trotz sichtbarer Renovierung teilweise Wasserflecken an der Decke. Frühstück typisch Hilton like amerikanisch süß.

The location gets 4 stars because there are so many fun spots in every direction even though there are some spots of construction and industrial in close vicinity.
The rooms get 4 stars because they aren’t luxury but clean, beds are ultra comfortable, baths look newly remodeled and it fit my needs for pet friendly. In the future I might ask for room adapted for assistance. Grab bars and a higher seating commode would be helpful. Someone else mentioned the rugs….its a thought… they are probably still renovating to some degree and will get to them eventually. At this time They did not present a problem.
Service ! Service! Service! Absolutely! Friendly, helpful, tactful, from the variety of breakfasts to the front desk and housekeeping.
I must have had ten questions when I cked in all answered politely respectfully and without a doubt to my satisfaction!!
TY to all…to n all the staff who went out of their way to anticipate and fill every need. I didn’t expect so much which made it extra special!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with all my needs, making sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Their warm and welcoming demeanor truly made a difference, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Clean, friendly, available at all times. It was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was what you would expect though, so not terribly great, but overall, it was great

My room has bugs all in it.
I'm here for work I can't sleep with bugs crawling everywhere
I was given bug spray. Not a different room.
Front desk says they don't clean everyday and it shows.

I stayed at this hotel from 12/4/24 to 12/6/24 in room 516. On the second night, I woke up to find a bedbug crawling on the bedding. I immediately packed my belongings and went downstairs at 2:30 am to work in the lobby until business hours for my meetings. When I reported the issue, dressed in business attire with my suitcase and personal items, I was told there were no other rooms available, as if I was expected to stay in the same room. I left a message for the manager to contact me, I still haven’t heard back. The front desk staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the bedbug report. I stopped staying here last year due to poor customer service, but with limited hotel options elsewhere, I gave it another try. On a previous stay, there was also no water in my room for several hours. If possible, I recommend choosing a different hotel.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I’ve been a loyal Hilton Honors member for years, and my company frequently books with Hilton properties due to their typically excellent service. Unfortunately, the customer service I received at this Hampton Inn fell far below expectations. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, (ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER ON DUTY) making the entire experience unpleasant.

As a business traveler managing a region (spans from the Tampa area up through Savannah, Ga) with very significant hotel needs, this encounter has made me reconsider my loyalty. Regrettably, I am considering moving my team’s future bookings to Marriott properties, at least when traveling through the Tampa/Clearwater area where we hope to find the level of professionalism and service that we’ve come to expect.

I hope Hilton addresses these issues to prevent other loyal customers from having a similar experience.
