Nach einem langen Flug und Autofahrt haben wir uns auf das Hotel gefreut. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Man wurde auch als Platin member begrüßt. ||Das Zimmer war geräumit (double queen size bed) und sehr sauber. Auch meinem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer (weg von Icemachine) wurde eingehalten.||Klare Weiterempfehlung

Ich gehe seit mindestens 8 Jahren in dieses Hotel und war eigentlich bisher recht zufrieden. Mein letzter Aufenthalt war aber eine grosse Enttäuschung.||- Ein Bett war offensichtlich nicht frisch bezogen.||- Während einer Woche habe ich zweimal ein dauerhaft verschmutztes Badetuch erhalten.||- Service und Qualität im Restaurant sind absolut ungenügend.||Ob's am neuen Management liegt oder ob dieses die Situation noch nicht unter Kontrolle gebracht hat?

Von meinem letzten Aufenthalt im November 2014 war ich sehr enttäuscht. Da ich aber während mindestens 8 Jahren vorwiegend zufrieden war, unternahm ich nochmals einen Versuch. Erfreulicherweise konnte ich in praktisch allen Belangen eine deutliche Verbesserung feststellen.||Das Hotel wurde schon weitgehend aufgefrischt, es sind aber noch Arbeiten im Gange. ||Das Restaurant habe ich nicht besucht und ich kann deshalb dazu nichts sagen.||Es hat mich etwas geärgert, dass es von der Lobby zu den oberen Etagen keine Treppe mehr gibt. Bei nur einem (langsamen) Aufzug wartet man teilweise ziemlich lange.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting, and it was a complete disappointment.

The photos in the listing are completely misleading, and the room description is nothing like what they actually offer. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold stains all around the sink.

The heating didn’t work in the common area, and inside the room, the temperature was all over the place. On top of that, there was dust everywhere, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority here.

I brought up these issues with the front desk, but they simply shrugged it off and told me there was nothing they could do. Absolutely unacceptable!

This was a terrible experience, and I would never stay here again. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless they enjoy false advertising and filthy conditions.

Did a park and fly. Desk staff was very courteous. Room was missing toiletries and garbage can. Michael at the bar was fabulous!!!! It was a refreshing change from last year to see the bar actually open and dressed up. New menu is still small, but has great items. Michael needs to be complimented for was he has done for this area of the property.

Theresa was wonderful at check In. Hospitality experts made me few at home. Happy and cheerful. Thanks so much for making my stay GREAT!! Beautiful room and hotel has a pool and a hot tub. Plenty of parking restaurants nearby just a fantastic experience.

The hotel is old and dirty. The hall rugs are dirty and frayed. The room they gave us first was not made up and filthy so the manager upgraded us which was fine but that room was old. The couch cushions were very thin. The lampshades yellowed and bent. Curtains didn’t close all the way. Restaurant was closed early. Next morning we were charged $9.23 for two cups of coffee which coffee was suppose to be free. Then the woman in the restaurant tried to bait and switch checks and get us to pay someone someone else’s higher check. Still trying to get a refund for that.

We stayed here one night while attending a concert in downtown Milwaukee. The hotel is very close to the airport but very quiet, no airplane noise at all. The hotel is very close to downtown, about a 10-minute ride. Check in is very quick and easy. We had a king room that was huge, it had a separate living room area with another tv. The room was clean. It did have a couple dings on the walls and such, but it wasn't an issue. The bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was great. There's Dove products in the bathroom so no need to bring your own. There's a restaurant/bar on site but unfortunately it closed at 10pm on a Saturday night so we weren't able to experience it. There are several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Parking is plentiful here. Overall, a great stay. I would recommend and return again.
