Als wir ankamen wollte ich eigentlich sofort wieder abreisen, denn das Motel wurde außen gerade angestrichen und glich einer Baustelle. ||Innen sah man, dass sich hier einiges tat. Neue Klimageräte in den Zimmern und auch das Bad sah gut aus.||Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, scaffte es aber nicht, die Schlüsselkarte für mehr als eine Nacht zu programmieren.||Die defekt Toilette in meinem Zimmer wurde dann nach der 2. Nacht endlich so repariert, dass der Spülkasten nicht immer durchlief und nachfüllte.||Das größte Ärgernis war aber, dass am 2. Tag der Roomservice nicht durchgeführt wurde. Ein absolutes ko-Kriterium.

The worst stay definitely top five terrible service and rooms were sub par to be nice about it. Also be aware the front desk personal will not refund your security deposit of $50 unless you call them three times in ten days and also call customer service to file a report then magically they will process it which will then take another 5-7 business days to get money back that I would never paid to the quality of the establishment in the first place!!!!!

These guys here who work the front desk are just class act people simply nice kind good hearted humans. I wish there were more like the two who work the front desk. The rooms were clean, the other residents were quiet, there was plenty of places to go and eat literally walking distance but whoever the two are at the front desk are without a doubt two of the best humans I have ever came across

I left at midnight and drove 3 hours home. Hair all over the sheets, pillows, and blankets. Window was wide open in 20 degree weather without any screen which let bugs into the room. Cockroaches in our room and the neighbors room. Stains on the floor. Dogs barking all night from multiple rooms. Room smelled like cigarettes really bad. Hole in the ceiling. All this and charging $382 per night? I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

Rooms were ok they are remodeling. But sadly there's bed bugs. Thank god I kept my stuff on counter steam cleaned clothes and myself. Could be decent under right circumstances. Especially since room was almost 400 a night for Packers game. Price gouge for sure. They don't have blankets now I get why with the bugs. Lots of dope smoking outside all night long and pretty sure in hotel too. But I've night didn't kill me or my son.

Convenient location and the cheapest room for a football game. Room was... questionable for cleanliness. Came with a sheet that had a noticeable stain.

Got a call to our room at 5am from the desk asking me if "I ordered doordash the night before"...? Love to be woken up after staying up late to one of the lowest priority questions I've ever heard. To make it clear, no, we did not order doordash.
In what scenario would it even matter if someone had, if their card was on their account to pay for their food ahead of time anyway? Unreal.

A lot of unfair negative reviews at this place. It’s a budget motel, of course there will be some aspects that reflect that fact, but nothing crazy. The room, bathroom, and beds were clean. The plumbing wasn’t great in the sink, and it is kinda noisy being right off the highway, but that’s about. Service and front desk were extremely helpful and nice, and went above and beyond with information and making sure we felt comfortable. Also the quick slant shuttle will pick you up right outside the hotel that takes you right to Lambeau in like 15 mins. Cool little area and nice motel. Will definitely be back.

Management tried to charge me for family coming to visit and then after check out, they tried to charge my card then tell me that the towels were damaged because they're dirty. I found a cockroach in my room, told the over night concierge about it and accused me of lying about it and that I brought the damn bugs in the building, like I just keeps cockrroaches in my pockets. No refund, no complimentary room or any type of compensation for the problem.. definitely gonna bring this up to Human Resources and/or BBB!
