Stated here many times the past 3 years. Recently stayed long term. Owners have always been kind and helpful. Always make sure I have clean towels everyday and do a superb job cleaning the room. Definitely recommend for people on a budget and don't care about all the fancy stuff

The hotel was disgusting. We have stayed at a lot of cheap hotels over the years and this was by far the most unpleasant place I have ever stayed at. The room smelled bad, the bathrooms very not clean at all, I didn’t even want my kids to take a shower or brush their teeth there. I’m pretty sure my kids had something crawling on them during the night.

Totally worth going around the corner from the big chain hotels. $55 for a night after tax. Super comfortable beds, tons of parking for trailers, clean, vintage rooms.

For a budget inn it is great. Clean and comfortable rooms. There are some rough spots on furniture as it is dated but it is all working and clean. Refrigerator and coffee pot clean and working. Hot water and heating/cooling worked well. If you need a clean place to stay with no frills, this is your place. Solid wifi. We shall stay here again. Best $45 motel in many years!

We are here now. The rooms are dated but the price is very reasonable. We needed a place that was clean and we needed a place that had no damage to the property that was significant.

Extremely reasonable rate

A few things that I think could be easily fixed in the room and not done but I could have easily paid twice this price on another hotel or motel actually. So we're satisfied

We lodge our employees here as needed. The prices are very reasonable..they offer very competitive weekly rates, housekeeping is done regularly even on weekly stays which is rare. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Great little Budget Motel!

Not a bad hotel for those passing through. Room was hot upon entering after paying and took 4 hours to cool down to comfortable temperature. Bathroom was extremely hot even after 12 hours of a/c running but spent only enough time to shower or use the restroom in the bathroom so not a huge deal. Beds were decent. Clean sheets and towels. The best part of this hotel is the location is between alot of fast food, sit down restaurants, a walmart and even an auto parts store so for those traveling through its a good stop should you need anything urgent or just need to restock on road items or want a decent meal before bed.
