8月の出張で利用しようとしたのですが、台風で新幹線が運休になってしまい、仕方なくキャンセルした。そこから仕事はあれよあれよとトラブルに見舞われて今でもそれに追いかけられています。
そんななかで再度出張になったので、今度こそはと予約しました。
ホテルの外観は想像してたより細長でGoogleマップを見ながらでないと迷うかもしれません。
チェックイン時間より早く到着しましたが、快く迎え入れてくれました。スタッフさんはとても気さくな方で、オススメの焼き鳥屋を聞いておけば良かったなとチェックアウトした際に思いました。
部屋はこじんまりとしてるので、2人だと常に身体が密着することになるかもしれません。私の部屋からは壁しか見えませんでしたが、おかげでとても静かに過ごせました。
トイレの便器の大きさはギリ合格ラインですね。
歯ブラシやアメニティは無料です。

ホテルは大通りにはないので、音は破格的静かです。

部屋は狭いです。バスルームも狭いです。部屋はオシャレです。必要なものは揃ってます。2023年にフルリニューアルで、個室であり、この値段であれば、リーズナブルだと私の時の価格では思いました。

個人情報とかも紙に書かないスタイルで良いのですが、ついでに鍵もQRとかにしたらより良かったのではとか勝手に思った。鍵は紛失のリスクが客にありますし、通常の鍵式ではないので、部屋の鍵を開けるのに最初に少し戸惑いました。

長堀橋駅や心斎橋に近いので立地も申し分ないかと。

If I could give 10 stars for the service I would!
Neat, clean, budget friendly accomodation near the pumping Shinsaibashi area in Osaka. Room was very tidy and had all the amenities we could ask for.
Staff were amazing and helped us promptly when we left an item behind in our room, sending it off to meet us in our hotel in Tokyo the next day. Went above and beyond!

El hotel está muy bien situado y el personal es muy amable. Te dan todo tipo de accesorios para mejorar tu estancia. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero nuevas y limpias. Si que es verdad que si vas con maletas grandes lo mismo no tienes sitio en la habitación, pero para gente con pequeño equipaje, super bien! Muy recomendable.

Excelente relación ubicación, calidad, precio. A unos minutos de Dotonbori caminando. Habitación pequeña para algunas personas, pero más que suficiente para unos días dado su ubicación y precio. Entrada para metro y tren a un minuto.

I was really disappointed with this place. The booking was originally for me however with my father’s flights being delayed I changed the booking for two. I paid more money for it. I asked for extra bedding for my father however they said they didn’t have any.
We decided it wasn’t appropriate accomodation for both me and my 60 year old dad to share a bed and with over 48 hours notice I requested to have the booking changed for a week later when it would just be me. They rejected the request saying that it was past the cancellation policy date. Whilst I understand this, I’m disappointed that they weren’t able to help me out by allowing me to change the booking especially considering they had ample availability for the next week and they were receiving payment for two people even though it would be just for me.
It wasn’t an obligation but some care and understanding for this unforeseen travel change would’ve been appreciated. So I ended up paying for two people even though we didn’t use the accomodation. When I expressed my disappointment in the lack of co-operation I received messages that I was being emotional and selfish. I understand policy but at the end of the day a little humanity for my me and my fathers situation would’ve gone a long way.

Very kind receptionist guy was able to accommodate may early check in request around 10am it was a last minute check in and was a rainy day.
It's walkable around dotonburi.
Although the room is small but the amenities are great also the coffee.
