Wir waren in der Zwischensaison hier, was sich auch dadurch bemerkbar machte, dass niemand am Pool war. Vom Pool aus hat man eine schöne Sicht ins Zentrum vom Vail, wirklich cool.
Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet, wenn auch nicht ganz auf dem neusten Stand. Dafür aber richtig gross, gut um ein paar Tage darin zu verbringen.
Etwas enttäuscht waren wir vom Frühstück, welches zur Selbstbedienung bereitgestellt wurde. Nicht gerade eine gute Auswahl, da habe ich in einem Best Western schon besser gegessen. Gut ist sicher, dass man im Hotel selber parken kann und zu Fuss den Skiort erkunden kann.

The Sitzmark Hotel in Vail is amazing! From the moment we got there, the staff made us feel so welcome—they were super friendly and helpful.

Our room was gorgeous and cozy. The perfect retreat from the cold and snowy Vail.

The staff also gave us the best recommendations for things to do around Vail. Whether it was hiking spots, restaurants, or other activities, they really knew their stuff and made our trip so much better.

The fresh cookies in the lobby every afternoon was my favorite! It made coming back feel extra special.

The Sitzmark Hotel is such a gem. If you’re looking for a laid-back, cozy, and unforgettable place to stay in Vail, this is it!

Absolutely AMAZING experience at the Sitzmark! Steve and Amy, as well as the entire staff, were incredibly accommodating. We stayed in the penthouse for our wedding weekend, and it was perfect! We hosted a 60+ person welcome party in the penthouse and it was a perfect set up - plenty of room for guests to mingle in the penthouse, on the three decks, and on the pool deck via the private penthouse stairwell. There was plenty of seating for all of our guests, which was great! We had food catered in and were able to utilize the gorgeous (and large!) penthouse kitchen to serve it buffet style. It was truly the PERFECT setup for the welcome party - I would recommend the Sitzmark penthouse to anyone looking to host a welcome party!

The penthouse itself was BEAUTIFUL. We were able to have bridesmaids stay with us the night before the wedding, and the penthouse is so spacious it's like they weren't even there. The master bathroom was perfect for all the girls to get hair/makeup done in. It was very spacious, and the natural light was great! The views were incredible, and it was perfect for bridal portraits (inside, and on the decks as well) - step out the front door of the Sitzmark and you get a stunning view of the Gore Range.

The Sitzmark penthouse was one of the best parts of our wedding weekend - our guests are still talking about how great it was!

The Sitzmark in Vail is everything you want in a cozy, mountain-town stay! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Vail Village, steps from the lifts, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have a charming alpine vibe, making it feel like a true getaway.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering great recommendations and warm hospitality. The complimentary breakfast and après-ski snacks were a nice touch that added to the experience. Whether you’re here to ski or just enjoy Vail’s beauty, the Sitzmark is a perfect choice. Can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is AMAZING!! It has been newly renovated and is bright and beautiful. It is located in the heart of Vail, you can walk to restaurants, shops, the summer farmer's market and the mountain. We really enjoyed our stay such wonderful hospitality. The pool is beautiful and a couple of floors up so you look down on the walking street, the breakfast was very good and the cookies during the day were YUMMY!! It is a dog friendly hotel with each room have a large dog bed, which my dog loved. I also enjoyed sitting on our balcony and listening to the creek.

Just returned from an incredible vacation at the Sitzmark. A luxury boutique hotel with a family ownership feel. A special place in the heart of Vail Village with all the amenities to meet every need, including a terrific rooftop pool + hot tub.

Overall okay hotel. Great location and nice (but dark) rooms but to be honest service was really subpar. Wifi wasn’t working often for hours at a time, the lobby was quite depressing and the front desk was left unattended for ages. Breakfast was also really not great (very small mini-pastry selection, cereal and yogurt) although the
hot drinks were nice. Wasn’t terrible but I really was not impressed. Definitely not deserving of being called a ‘luxury’ hotel when they could not even provide a toothbrush when asked for one.

The hotel has recently been updated and the rooms are beautiful. Staff is first rate and very helpful. Location is right in the heart of Vail village. I would definitely stay here again.
