We stayed for 2 days. We are lifetime platinum members and felt super comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful when we needed anything. The kitchen lady was amazing and brought our fresh quiche and walked around to make sure anyone that wanted some had a fresh one. My husband loved those and was really impressed with that.

I recently stayed here for 5 days and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the free breakfast, offering a variety of options that helped start our day off right.

However, I did have some issues with the room layout. The couch was positioned facing a wall instead of the TV, which made it less comfortable for watching shows.

Additionally, the hotel has a laundry room, but it only features one washer and one dryer, and they only accept quarters. This could be a bit inconvenient during busy times.

Despite these minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and breakfast offerings.

Great service and location. It was just remodeled and it still smells new in the room. Love the big rooms with the separate work area. Beds are ok, but comfortable enough.

Most places you wouldn’t expect a great breakfast but this place is absolutely horrible with their breakfast. The sausage looked like they were boiled. The oatmeal was stiff as if it was a few days old. They only served BOLD coffee and a decaf version. The bananas were old with many brown spots.

This place used to be our go to when in Roseville/Rocklin. However, our last stay 8/14-8/16/2024 was less than desirable.
I will say the room was very nice, and clean. Also the front desk staff was very friendly and treated us nicely. However, not so
much for the hallway and pool, or the free breakfast. See attached pictures, the pool and hot tub is absolutely disgusting. The walls and baseboards in the hallway, also disgusting. Pictures attached. As far as the free breakfast, first morning, no eggs, no potatoes, barely any sausage, no milk. When we
asked the lady working, who was very rude, she stated they will be out soon. Second day breakfast, no plates, no milk, barely any sausage, no syrup for the waffles. Again, asking the same lady, who AGAIN was very RUDE. The breakfast is supposed to go until 9:30am. We were there at 8:15 am, so I do not understand why everything was continually out. Seems like someone is not doing their job, in addition to being extremely rude when asked. Photos show how disgusting the hot tub and pool are.
I would NOT RECOMMEND this place any longer. The 3 star rating is only because the room was clean, and the front desk staff very friendly, otherwise it would have been 1 star or none.

Sad to see another "business-oriented" hotel lose it's core values.

I travel frequently for business (3 rooms; 3 nights this stay) and Springhill Suites used to be a go-to; rooms spacious, clean and a social hour 3 days a week catered to business travelers (Mon-Weds) Roseville has 2 of the 3 business pillars, but my God, when you have someone who is so awful at the "social hour" aspect (20 mins late setting up, dour attitude, treats paying customers like Section 8 residents...which apparently they may have living here...it makes you realize how far they have fallen.

Business clients stay clear.
