A great location! Clean rooms and kind staff. I love that they have ski valet and how close the lift is to the location. You can't get any closer than being able to watch the lift from your breakfast table. Great location with kids espcially if you don't look forward to hauling equipment. The breakfast was good and had options for everyone. Kids loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. If I could change anything, it would be that they heat the pool to a higher temperature. Would stay again.

One of the nicest staffs we have met at this hotel, anyone from front desk to valet etc. The room is comfortable and location is convenient to ski lift. Compared to couple other hotels we have stayed within the area, their price for parking is reasonable, and breakfast was included in the price as well! Thanks for your nice hospitality!

This was probably the best experience in a hotel we have had. And we have had some great ones, to include a Drury Inn stay where the people there were also amazing and the amenities were outstanding... well, the Osprey exceeded our expectations and they were already high due to a friend's recommendation. The staff was incredible. Every. Single. One of them. The Ski Valet, Trent--was amazing. He even put my children at ease with his easy and encouraging/helpful manner. Sam came after and he was also amazing and both strived (and succeeded) to foresee our needs before we even knew we had them-- they had our boards ready, our gear, glove/boot heaters, maps, things we didn't even think about. They consistently went above and beyond to help us any way they could. The bar-tenders and restaurant servers were amazingly kind, helpful, generous, and welcoming. The front desk was always friendly to the max and ready to serve. One of our daughters broke her wrist on the slopes and Michael (i think that was his name and I think he may have been the/a manager) immediately offered to drive them to the urgent care. We were truly blessed by the way nearly the entire staff lovingly engaged our family throughout her ordeal, and even before that and throughout our entire stay. We made such good memories, and I--for one, will fight to come back next year and enjoy another long stay! Thank you all so very much! You made our trip magical and we were truly blessed! Oh and thanks for the wonderful heated pool, hot tube, steam room, and sauna! I was completely impressed at how clean and well maintained they were as well! They were truly wonderful additions! And the TV streaming options for our own streaming connect! Thanks for all the small things too (free waters, laundry, cookies, fruit, hot chocolate, apple cider, etc.). The list goes on and on. Wow.

Paying $35/day to park? In the middle of the mountains? Valet only?...we need on-going access to our car for equipment. These costly restrictions make our visit difficult. We're already paying $700 per night. You guys are greedy, digging deep in our back pockets! Get it right...we can park our own car to have unfettered access to it! No fees. No tips, sorry to say!

Our reviews had over 56 million views in the last 12 months. We do not get paid we just love to eat and have fun. We really love the Osprey Hotel in Beaver Creek, Colorado. The hotel is very luxurious, full service with ski valet, fireplaces in the rooms, great food, best location in the world for skiing, fitness center is really nice, great outdoor hot spa, heated pool, steam and sauna, free transport to everywhere clean, love the ski valet, love the access to the lift, great AM breakfast buffet FOR FREE, great people there (especially Michael at the front desk HE IS AWESOME, late lunch there was really good as well, nice to have all 4 water features (pool, spa, steam and sauna). One of the best experiences we have ever had in a hotel. Michael at the front desk HE IS AWESOME. He went out of his way to help us the entire stay. People like Michael make you want to come back to a hotel over and over again. He is one of the best people we have ever met in a hotel. He is a treasure you should value. I would hire the guy to work with us if we ever had an opening. He is that good. We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed staying at this hotel and we will return many times this year and next for sure. It is divine. Check out all of our reviews and look at all the photos below. We loved The Osprey and are already talking about our next ski trip. The location could not be more ski-in/ski-out. We literally walked out the back door and onto Strawberry lift without ever encountering a line. There were plenty of blue and green runs directly back to the back door of the hotel. Finally, walking out the front door led you directly into the main Beaver Creek town square. There was also a complementary hotel shuttle to take you anywhere on property or into Avon. ||Outside of the amazing location, the hotel was fantastic. Service could not have been better and every employee was helpful and friendly. Even the continental breakfast was so much better than a standard continental with plenty of fresh fruit and made to order coffees. The seating areas were cozy and the bar was a great place to enjoy a relaxing apre ski cocktail, ||I highly recommend The Osprey for anyone looking for a relaxing ski vacation in an amazing location.

This was a return trip to the Osprey for us. It certainly has one of the best locations in Beaver Creek with the Strawberry lift steps out the back door. We love skiing Beaver Creek and the location is the biggest draw. Other aspects of the space, not so much.||On the good side, the staff were great. Always helpful, friendly and outgoing. We always book our trip so the day we leave, we can ski in the morning before we depart and they are great about allowing us to load up the car and keep it in the garage after we have checked out while we ski one last time.||This trip we booked a Lodge King room. The room itself was fine, comfortable bed, plenty of space. Unfortunately, I didn't specify or request a non-adjoining room. Not always a problem but this time it was as the adjoining suite had a sick child who coughed and hacked away all night long. An annoyance but not the Osprey's fault. The biggest drawback to the suite was the bathroom area. One small towel bar and one hook outside the shower is completely inadequate. The only other hook was behind the door to the toilet stall. Management asks us to hang up our towels if we want to reuse them (in order to be environmentally friendly) and then provides NO space to do so.||The only drawback to the location, if your room is on the Strawberry Lift side of the hotel, is the lift can be rather noisy when it starts up in the morning. So I knock off 1 star for the poor layout of the bathroom. Otherwise it's a good place to stay.

This hotel is excellent. The staff was so kind and helpful and went out of the way to make our stay pleasant and fun. The room size was ample and we were <50 feet from the ski lift. The valet staff helped me take care of a flat tire and went out of the way to take care of me and my wife. I was delighted by our experience.
